Elizabeth Golembiewski

Elizabeth Golembiewski is an International Feng Shui Consultant, author, educator, Real Estate Broker, and the owner of Design for Prosperity, a consulting firm serving clients in Austin, Texas. Elizabeth has an eclectic background including a Bachelor’s degree from St. Edward’s University; certification in mediation, certified Eco-Broker©, Green Realtor®, and Paralegal; training in home staging techniques and decades of experience in the practical applications of her expertise to her classes and consultations. Elizabeth also owns Balanced Living Properties, a Real Estate Brokerage in Austin, Texas.

David Dailey

David is Elizabeth’s partner in life and business and assists her on design projects. David grew up in Arkansas and Dallas and has fond memories of his grandmother's Arkansas home cooking, canning, and vegetable garden. His real passion is cooking. He opened the wildly successful and innovative restaurant “Castle Hill Café in 1986.” David was executive chef and owner of Castle Hill until 2004. David continues to cook and invent recipes with an eye on creating awe-inspiring taste experiences.
