Our Home Staging focuses on creating an environment which not only looks beautiful, but more importantly, feels comfortable. When a buyer walks into a home and feels at ease - that’s successful staging. That’s what we call the Ahhh! factor. The Ahhh! factor is a relaxed, comfortable “at home” feeling that makes buyers feel happy to spend in the home.

How Our Home Staging Works:
1.
Contact us and we’ll schedule an initial one-hour consult at your home.
2.
We’ll evaluate the extent of staging needed, your timeframe, and give you a bid for the staging.
3.
We’ll schedule the staging. Staging takes between 5 - 20 hours, adjusted to fit your schedule. It’s most effective if you “leave the driving to us” and avoid the areas we are staging.
4.
We’ll use items you already have and we may suggest that you purchase new items. We also have a supply of items that we can “rent” you for a small charge while your home is on the market.
5.
What will we do? Rearrange furniture, add or edit accessories, create curb appeal, de-clutter, and ensure every detail in your home (down to the switch plates) is appealing. We’ll advise you as to further improvements you may want to consider.
Fees: We charge $85 for the initial consult which is credited to the cost of staging. Our minimum charge for staging a home is $500 and increases according to the amount of work needed.
