I've never had much love for Realtors. Like lawyers and politicians, they mostly deserve the clichés and bad jokes that come their way. A few years ago, I hired Elizabeth for a Feng Shui consult. Following Elizabeth's instructions about changing bedrooms, moving furniture and selecting certain colors resulted in instant satisfaction (unlike any "interior decorating" experience I've ever had).

When I decided to sell my home, I listed with her. Not only did her team stage my house (to the point where I seriously had second thoughts about moving - it looked THAT good), they actually helped paint. (Hello? Have you ever seen a Realtor do any labor-intensive work?). She also incorporated Feng Shui principles into the staging, the landscaping, the timing of the listing, etc. I was nervous. There were too many homes for sale in my neighborhood and none of them were moving. There was no need for the concern. My house sold in 4 hours at full asking price.

I've recommended her to all my friends as the anti-Realtor (and I mean that in the possible way). I still use her Feng Shui consultation services (and have given friends consults as gifts).
